Marty used to take Horse manure and paint his face with it and use it as war paint.Not only did he love the smell of horse shit but he loved the fact that flies would circle around him and stay with him.It made him feel important and feel like a somebody in life.

In Marty's tribe when the Indian hunters went on a Buffalo hunt and killed Buffalo they would cut out the liver and eat it immediatly, but not Marty.
