Well Marty had told the entire house that he was an Indian during a house meeting.He also used to wear this symbol around some necklace he had, he said it was of Indian culture and was given to him by his Chief when he was a little boy.

When I was a resident at elan marty performed these weird Indian customs when I was there.He has this tent set up on the soccer feild and camp fire near by.int he fire he would boil rocks until they became red hot and bring them in the tent and sit in there ,It was like a suana but it was pronounced with an indian term" sweat" i think.

Marty would select a few students from each house when he did this and they all sat in this muggy hot tent for hours on end sometimes.Marty said that the spirits come and cleanse the soul the longer you sit in.

Marty would have war paint on woith feathers in his hair bdfore doing this bizar ritual.He wa definatly Indian far as I know, he performed alot of Indian custom's while I was a resident there.As far as him having sex with rubber dicks, maybe he did this when he was alone in the tent.

That tent didnt last too long thanks to Marc Rosenberg and Clare Woodman.Marc frequented the tent to get high on several occassions and Clare would perform sex acts for "Johns" that paged her.Sharon eventially found out about it but couldn't prove it so she ordered the tent to be taken down and discontinue Marty's Indian ceremony's.
Who knows, Marty could've been raping students in there after hours.That fire was light 24/7 and was fed all night by night people who use to gather around it for coffee and chat.
Though to my knowledge used condoms were found near the tent site discharged somewhere on the forest line not far from the tent site.

I think another reason it was shut down was because the fire department fined elan for having an open fire without a permit.

The reason why marty stays employed at Elan is because his residence was taken care of By Joe Ricci and Elan gives him an automobile to use.The man has no assit's whatsoever.he is certainly not quailfied in any way to counsel children.

Joe really favored this man and did alot for him for reasons that are unknown.I do know this, Marty literaly owns nothing except the clothes on his back.He gets a paychech from Elan that is somewhere around $200.00 a week.
THe Riccis own the car and house Marty uses and basically use Marty like a shake-n-bake bag.

Explaination:
In the past Joe was accussed of alot of coruption and always in the spotlight for it.He feared that too much bad publicity would destroy him.So he adopted the Idea of using marty as a scape goat and have Marty take must of the bumps for him.
Upon this Marty would live in one of Joes buildings rent free and also be provided with a new car of his choice,I mean what more could one ask for? Marty has be given everything in life courtesy of Joe Ricci.
Someone metioned Marty lives in a tent, well thats not exactly true.Marty does live in a house and gets a paycheck from the Ricci's for $200.00 a week.Most of the furnishings in Marty's house was furniture that was used in Elan.He doesnt have to pay taxes, he has no mortgage, doesnt have to pay rent nor a lease, all he has to do is take bumps for Joe and keep his mouth shut.

This stupid Idiot thinks he has it all, but his reality is he has nothing but the clothes on his back.Sharon can reposses that house at anytime and take that car away without any explanation.It all made sense to me, when people wanted to sue Joe he would make it look like Marty was the one at fault and when they investigated marty they saw he was poor and had no assit's to sue for.

Marty still to this day receive's a $200.00 a week paycheck to take the blame for any accusations that may poise a threat to the Ricci's.
