From there I would like to get you in contact with a class action attorney who also handles capital cases of rape.

Also, if anyone else here is interested in speaking to an attorney, I would recommend that you begin by filing a victim witness statement to the police, I know of an attorney who is very interested in hearing our case right now. His name will remain private until I know that there are more interested parties beyond the ones that I have already gathered.

Please understand that filing any sort of claim, ALL statements MUST be put on file in the same county, in a sheriff's/police station by a rape unit or investigation unit, of the Straight you were in. Your statement must be taken by a police officer and you must make them take your statement, and then check back with them daily or every other day to see how their investigation is going.

In your statement please name as many names as you can that hold accountable to your stay at Straight. In your statement at the bottom you will need to sign your name, but above that you should explain that 'This information is true, I swear, to the best of my knowledge and memory. Also, I may change and add to this information as I am remembering more and speaking with others who have had the same experiences'. And thensome.

It does NOT need to include any private information of currence such as your own email address or social security number. It Would need to have contact information so the attorney can contact you, and the fully sworn testimony. So, you have nothing to worry about perhaps, most here have already given out their stories on television or in post even if not sworn.
