Ok, now this is absolutely silly! If you care to discuss the legislation; it's hoped for benefits, flaws and pittfalls, feel free to do so. But please don't spam my forum.

this bill could be helpful b/c it will hold the industry accountable for their actions, in theory anyway.

how can asking survivors to sign a bill about ending institutionalized child abuse possibly be considered spamming in a forum that is dedicated to ending institutionalized child abuse/????????????????????????????????????
