It's posted on Woodbury reports under "breaking news".  The auction is on August 10 but it looks like Universal Helath Care, a major corporation is getting BCA, RMA, NWA and Ascent---unless they back out before then.

Theyre a big---really big---player in the hospital industry and behavior mod programs generally.

Their corporate office is in King of Prussia Pennsylvania.

I'm going to contact them and tell them what a big mistake it would be to locate a subsidiary in Northern Idaho where all the ex-CEDU personnell would be their labor market...not to mention how much of CEDU would be re-surrected in these schools in the orginal form....or worse with all the spending money that a big outfit like this could provide

Actually, I checked the company's web site and looked at their other facilities, Provo is one of them.  I think they recently purchased it.  All of their "behavioral treatment centers" require qualified, certified, licensed and credentialed personnel.  That elimates most of former CEDU staff in Idaho and CA!
I have heard really bad things about Provo, don't know if UHS has made things any better.

If memory serves, any correspondence from petitiononline.com is actually blocked by congress servers, because they get so much of it. Same with moveon.org.

I'm not sure though. Best to double-check with snopes to see if that's true.
