Good ... now the feds will know about Whitmore and the allegations of abuse against the Sudweeks.

As for a civil lawsuit ... good luck.  Civil lawsuits can last for years and rarely end in the kind of financial windfall hoped for.

"

P.S.

Ever heard of a counter-lawsuit?

I suggest you look up the term because anyone who is sued has the right to counter-sue.

I'm glad the FBI are involved. Now Harris will finally get what's coming to her.

Not so fast mouse ... the FBI, IF they get involved, will surely investigate Whitmore .... and these allegations of abuse made by parents and teens leveled against the program and it's owners.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

You know what, little girl, you don't know half of what you think you know.  Buying tickets, giving money to someone is not against the law.  Besides, where the boys prisoniers at Whitmore?  It's just an academic boarding school.  Right?

I'd be real careful, if I were you, that sounds very much like a threat.  And on a public forum.  Not too bright. :silly:

I bet Joyce is just shaking in her boots.

Joyce, if you read the little message about someone being persistant, I think that was meant as some sort of little threat.  Big fucking deal.

I think both Sarah and I have already stated that it says in the contract the school has a little less than half custody of the kid while they're enrolled here. So they still ran from legal guardians, for no reason. The truth will come out when (as I'm sure they will) the media interviews the boys who ran. They ran because they got bored. Just watch.

And I already went to the beach, last month actually, to whoever said that. And yes, it was fun. You should try it.[ This Message was edited by: mouse on 2005-06-14 18:18 ]

It doesn't matter what any contract says, you can not give up any portion of legal custody without going throught the court.  You can only give permission for travel and medical care.

doesnt anyone read the messages that nicely ask people to not be bitches to each other!???!!!! I tried to say it nicely but you all are just fucked up!! You guys are fighting for something that unless you actually get out there and DO something about it, is not going to change, joyce harris at least has the balls to go to someone to help her cause, all you guys are doing is sitting here and typing shit about each other, and no one is even being hurt by it!!! Has joyce stopped because you said "you better watch out" HELL NO! So just speak to each other like adults and maybe you can get somewhere because as far as I am concerned EVERYONE, well sorry, most, sorry again SOME people on this forum are hard headed as hell!!! Nothing is being accomplished by any of you fighting and being rude to each other!! Try to SOMEWHAT get along!!! I bet if you put all of these things aside, and you just met the person on the street, saying youve never seen them before, you would think they are nice people and would actually get along!! Instead of fighting with words and emotions show some facts that support what you believe in a civilized manner!! I visit this website in order to find out information about what has gone on and what is going on at the Whitmore, not to hear you trash talk each other, most of which you accuse someone of being someone they are not!! PLEASE JUST TRY TO GET ALONG!!!!!! I want to know whats really going on there! Can someone please be nice enough to explain it and dont be rude to me because im not siding with anyone!!! Thanks so very much! I appreciate it!! Have a great day/ night you guys!!
