Montel said One of the things in his life he regretts the most was sending his own kid to a program.

It is good and a lot of good points are made but the next time we get an opportunity like this I'd like to see more focus on HOW the programs "work".  The stories of abuse are compelling and important, please don't misunderstand me but regular folk out there could easily dismiss the personal accounts as isolated incidents or whatever.  IMO, getting the point across of the inner workings of these places and how dangerous it is FROM THE WORD GO, in conjuction with the personal abuse accounts is going to go even further.

Sammie, props to you...I know that was a difficult thing to do. :nworthy:

And isn't it AWESOME that the promo for Struggling Teens has been removed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did Montel just quote Ken Kay as calling his own community (WWASP) a "regime"??

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard was not what I meant.

Go Maia, GO!!

What was done with the seed saved from the India Hemp last summer? It ought, all of it, to have been sewn again; that not only a stock of seed sufficient for my own purposes might have been raised, but to have disseminated the seed to others; as it is more valuable than the common Hemp.

they kept me up late the night before, then woke me early. I was a wreck prior to the show b/c they had realy gotten to me the day before. we had been talking about straight for weeks prior to my arrival to NYC and then the day before they had interviewed me intensivly. So my emotions were high and I was a wreck.
Alot was cut from the actual tapeing due to time constraints, but maybe they'll use it later.

You are brave for doing that...I could never!!!

I hope those bastards in their plush leather chairs are watching right now. Oh Im sure they dotn care! They can afford 50 lawyers to defend themselves againt a lwasuit, like the one filed by the girl with a broken jaw. I hope their regime goes down in flames!! Smores anyone?
