Rock N Roll Nigger

Baby was a black sheep. Baby was a whore.
Baby got big and baby get bigger.
Baby get something. Baby get more.
Baby, baby, baby was a rock-and-roll nigger.
Oh, look around you, all around you,
riding on a copper wave.
Do you like the world around you?
Are you ready to behave?

Outside of society, they're waitin' for me.
Outside of society, that's where I want to be.

(Lenny!)

Baby was a black sheep. Baby was a whore.
You know she got big. Well, she's gonna get bigger.
Baby got a hand; got a finger on the trigger.
Baby, baby, baby is a rock-and-roll nigger.

Outside of society, that's where I want to be.
Outside of society, they're waitin' for me.

(those who have suffered, understand suffering,
and thereby extend their hand
the storm that brings harm
also makes fertile
blessed is the grass
and herb and the true thorn and light)

I was lost in a valley of pleasure.
I was lost in the infinite sea.
I was lost, and measure for measure,
love spewed from the heart of me.
I was lost, and the cost,
and the cost didn't matter to me.
I was lost, and the cost
was to be outside society.

Jimi Hendrix was a nigger.
Jesus Christ and Grandma, too.
Jackson Pollock was a nigger.
Nigger, nigger, nigger, nigger,
nigger, nigger, nigger.

Outside of society, they're waitin' for me.
Outside of society, if you're looking,
that's where you'll find me.
Outside of society, they're waitin' for me.
Outside of society. (Repeat)

Killed By Death

If you squeeze my lizard
I'll put my snake on you
I'm a romantic adventure
And I'm a reptile too

[Chorus:]
But it don't make no difference
'cos I ain't gonna be, easy, easy
the only time I'm easy's when I'm
Killed by death [x4]

I'm a lone wolf ligger
But I ain't no pretty boy
I'm a backbone shiver
and I'm a bundle of joy

[Chorus]

But it don't make no difference
'cos I ain't gonna be, easy, easy
the only time I'm easy's when I'm
Killed by death
Killed by death
Killed by death
Killed by death

Now in the summer
I could be happy or in distress
Depending on the company
On the veranda
Talk of the future or reminisce
Behind the dialogue
We're in a mess
Whatever I intended
I sent you flowers
You wanted chocolates instead
The flowers of romance
The flowers of romance
I've got binoculars
On top of boxhill
I could be Nero
Fly the eagle and start all over again
I can't depend on these so called friends
It's a pity I want you to defend
I'll take the furniture and start all over again

Slowly pour the liquid down
for miles and miles it flows along
rose coloured neon lighted
swirl around turn around
feel the touch of my hand
swirl around swirl around
fellow shadows black and blue
all around all around
locking arms side by side
crouch down before the fire's light
you're the first day of my life

I had no belief before
until I had this dream last night
I still remember their savage cries
so serious in their rite
faces painted in joyous fright
in the dawns early light
oh say did you see the colour of my eternity
and the sweat on my skin
our founding fathers laid right down
and indian ghost from long ago
they gave birth to my bastard kin
America it is called
a sensation of eternity
locking arms side by side
crouch down before fire's light
you're the first day of my life

I'm sitting in my room, with a needle in my hand
It's waiting for the tomb, of some old dying man

Cheney's got a gun, Cheney's got a gun
Went huntin' for some fun
Reputation's undone

What did Dick Cheney do?
He shot his pal, yes it's true...

They say when Cheney goes out huntin'
You try to stay the hell away...
But look out for what's comin' 'cause when Cheney's got a gun
He might hit you with his shotgun's spray...!

Cheney's got a gun, Cheney's got a gun
Guess who is safe? No one
Everybody is on the run

Was the Vice Pres. high on glue?
What did Dick Cheney do?

He shot his friend, you know it's crazy
He hit him in the chest and head...
So don't get in the line of fire or else you may expire
The bastards lucky that he isn't dead...!

Shoot away...
Shoot away at the quail!
Shoot away...
Shoot away at the quail!
Shoot away...
Shoot away...
Shoot away...

Cheney's got a gun, Cheney's got a gun
Guess who is safe? No one
Now everybody is on the run

What did Dick Cheney do?
There's something I have to tell you

His rep's said sorry for the whole mess
The G.O.P. walks out okay
Well that is horse shit friends, I profess "cause with guns they always say yes
But he'll go scotch free (unlike Delay...!)

Shoot away?
Shoot away at the quail!
Shoot away?
Shoot away at the quail!
Shoot away?
Shoot away?
Shoot away?

Cheney's got a gun...
Cheney's got a gun...
Cheney's got a gun...
Everybody is on the run...
Cheney's got a gun...
Guess who is safe? No one...
Everybody is on the run...
Cheney's got a gun?
Cheney's got a gun...
Guess who is safe? No one...
Everybody is on the one...
Cheney's got a gun...

If you would have justice in this world, then begin to see that a human being is not a means to some end.  People are not commodities.  When human beings are just to one another government becomes obsolete and real freedom is born; SPIRITUAL ANARCHY.

I can't stop singin' the Melodians reggae version of this ol' hymn about bein' held captive.  It's on the "Harder They Come" soundtrack.  It reminds me of how I felt when I was a prisoner in $tr8.  Here is the original version as printed in my "Sabbath and Festival Prayer Book" :

"If I Forget Thee, Oh Jerusalem"("By The Rivers of Babylon")

By the rivers of Babylon,
There we sat down, yea, we wept,
When we remembered Zion
There, upon the willows we hung up our harps.
Our captors demanded a song,
And our tormentors bade us be merry:
'Sing us a song of Zion.'
But how could we sing a song of the Lord,
Here in a foreign land ??

I went away to see an old friend of mine
His sister came over she was out of her mind
She said Jesus had a twin who knew nothing about sin
She was laughing like crazy at the trouble I'm in
Her light eyes were dancing she is insane
Her brother says she's just a bitch with a golden chain
She keeps coming closer saying "I can feel it in my bones
Schizophrenia is taking me home"

My Future is static
It's already had it
I could tuck you in
And we can talk about it
I had a dream
And it split the scene
But I got a hunch
It's coming back to me

"Antidote"

Bitter taste
In your mouth
It's too late to get it out
Everytime
I'm around you
Try to leave but
I'll be standing in your way
You want antidote I got the poison
Second try
To say goodbye
Kick the habit but
I'll be standing in your way
You want antidote I got the poison

Free- is all that she could bleed
That's why'll she'll never stay
White- bare naked in the night
Just lookin' for some play
Just another girl that wants to rule the world
Any time or place
And when she gets into your head
You know she's there to stay

You want it
She's got it
Molly's Chambers gonna change your mind
She's got your
Your pistol

Slow- She's burnin' in your soul
With whispers in your ear
It's okay I'll give it anyway
Just get me out of here
You'll plead- you'll get down on your knees
For just another taste
And when you think she's let you in
That's when she fades away

You want it
She's got it
Molly's Chambers gonna change your mind
She's got your
Your pistol
