Hello Chris,
I don't think you playing or not playing music at Whitmore is important at all--. I think music and teenagers is simply just a GIVEN; and question Chery's making an issue of it. I certainly don't understand some of IT--like rap: but then IN MY DAY, parents didn't understand ROCK'n ROLL, and thought Elvis Presley would "doom us all to hell." Music and teenagers--why fight it? My opinion: it is just another CONTROL ISSUE with Cheryl Sudweeks.

AMF and Tori:  read the postings carefully-- it appears this poster DOES know Tori and her family--and Joey rather well. Some of the "mysterious" postings probably only make sense to those to whom they are directed.
But MANY of the postings describe incidents concerning Joey's abuse as described by my daughter--and the facts match exactly---and therein lies the problem for the Sudweeks you defend so valliantly. WHOEVER or WHERE-EVER these postings are coming from: the facts do match.
Name-calling: I do not defend nor criticize. I have been called everything on this forum from a whore, liar, lesbian child abuser, to THAT EVIL HARRIS WOMAN (think  YOU called me that, Chris)....so, people do a bit of name-calling here.

Tori is a misguided girl whose mother has no control over this girl, OR she would have this girl enrolled in college (if her so-called Whitmore High School forged transcript could get her accepted into a college).
Tori enjoys calling herself a "counselor," and thinking she is in control of a bunch of kids, and likes dishing out Cheryl's orders.
She is a sick person, in a sick place, worshiping even SICKER people--the Suds.
Could try to pity Tori if what she was doing wasn't contributing to abuse. She has the chance to get out and do the right thing. SHE chooses to stay--so she will deserve paying the price when it all comes crumbling down!

Did you read the Tribune article in which Mark Sudweeks stated that the Whitmore Academy is not just an academic boarding school, offering no therapy and that they "are out of the teen help business." ???

It is posted under some topic like: "Tweek and Peek don't like theraputic label" here.

Since you were a student at Whitmore, and know the type of kids enrolled there---do you think ONLY an academic setting would be successful for the population of kids that parents send to Whitmore?
