Intimidation of witnesses by lawyer

Don't listen to CEDU people on this thread who try to intimidate you against testifying.

You cannot be sued or harrassed for giving court testamony - period.. Anyone who believes this is just dumb.

Look, if that were the case, nobody would testify in any case for fear of retaliation.

Hey Doo Doo bird, Retaliating or intimidating a witness is a federal crime - if CEDU does it to anyone, They can and will be put in jail.

These comments offered by CEDU staff of retaliation and lawsuits represent the same bullshit they do to kids. I, for one, am not afraid of them. In fact I am looking forward to klicking their dumb Idaho hick asses in court - let's party.

PS. I CEDU PI's -  your key logger spyware is obvious and easily removed and locked GFYSs

Key loggers are spyware programs that record keystrokes and locations visited on the web and sent that and computer files back to a third party. There are also "trojan horses" that allow others to go into your computer and see everything on it. There are also web page hyjacker programs that perform similarly to KeyLoggers such as Black Box - Download Giant Anti Spyware to catch some of them. You will need several different programs, firewalls and antivirus programs. They are very sophisticated -But so am I - he he.

Anyway, if you are an enemy of CEDU, meaning you worked there at some point, you will get trojans and spyware downloaded in fake e mails and while you are surfing the web. I have blocked as many a 8 trojan horses a day since I left CEDU

GT Investigations of Spokane Washington and Chuck Selent at CEDU are the private investagators CEDU uses in Idaho. I don't know who they use in California.

I found all this out from a therapist who used to work for BCA. He said Chuck Selent tried to break into his clinical files by getting his secretary to give out the passwords. (He said he had to sign papers when he went to work there that none of his computer date e mails would be private). When he left his wife (A CEDU director) He caught Chuck Selent (the CEDU private investagator and CEDU emloyee escort) taking pictures of him on campus and trying to break into his computer clinical records (violating the confidentiality of all of the parents and kids' clinical records). He showed me the fax sent by Chuck Selent to a third party that he intercepted. It detailed all of the employee and client privacy violations chuck was using or intended to ues. (Again, from Chuck at GT investigations of CEDU).

Te therapist took a copy of the fax to "CEDU human resources" and they talked to Chuck and sent him back to work. He asked HR if they regularly used PIs to break into workers' private lives and e mails. They told him that they were not at liberty to answer that question. He said he took that as a yes. Well, that is my read on it and that is how CEDU, BCA, and RMA operates and why they are always in trouble. Well, back to class.

Theres a thread of paranoia in alot of what's posted here---so I don't know if CEDU PI's are   really using spyware, etc or not or whether anyone has been intimidated from testifying or not---could be true could be one more anti-CEDU fantasy--

Does seem like some frequent posters here cop to using a whole lot of drugs---that may explain some of the strange thinking exhibited here though---

Just a thought: because some people  disagree with the party-line blanket demonizing of a set of schools doesn't mean they're clones or sheep or PI's---it may mean they had a different experience than you did,  may mean you're reading things why too broadly or in a biased way because of personal bad events.  The personal attacks, the craziness here...it's the best example of cult thinking that I've seen lots better than any school I've heard about

"posters here cop to using a whole lot of drugs-"

People who don't have a bag over the head come onto this site and talk honestly about the experience even you agree they DID have at CEDU.
People who have been forced to identify with perverted and deviant behavior, including having to make up drug stories, like myself, who now come to a forum online about that experience and talk about a range of different issues, including how they have coped with their CEDU/straight/RMA/provo/secret harbor/BCA/CASCADE/Desisto/ and the rest. Some talk about doing drugs. Honestly, you should know since you obviously are present or former student/staff, that talking about drug use is the most common of things. Needing to be honest of our experiences as more time passes on all subjects is to be encouraged. I have said Weed is fine...I believe Weed is fine. Does it contribute to ANYTHING negative in my life? For me it is not hard to relate that ganja gave me back a sense of individuality that was lacking when I got out of "skool". It allowed for original thought where there was only poetry about rainbows and butterflies, the city streets sewer grates sucking down muddy, rat decomposition reminded me of the real world. I explored the dark side. It is a necessary part of it for people who have experienced the forced programming to resist it, and doing so risk a fragile system they have hard wired to their existance- we felt guilt for months or years going "against the program". But the rewards are better in individual decision making, my paper-headed friend. And Honesty is to be rewarded, not judged smugly as in the previous post. Have a shot of jack and tell us some more!

Tracking spyware & ID theft weren't heard of until a few years ago.  Now it's common.  There's more paranoid people on the street than here.  I had to buy another computer, thanks to a virus.  I shread all credit card solicitations, after becoming a victim of ID theft.  I didn't own a shreader until 2 years ago.  Paranoid or cautious?
Saying everyone is a 'druggie' is another attempt at character assassination.  Lawyers try to discredit the witness with all sorts of false accusations.  Somehow that's supposed to make the truth less believable.  So what if some people take, or did take drugs, it doesn't change the fact that there are a lot of seriously pissed off people on this site that CEDU, et.all, have done serious harm to.

First off I'm not former staff or a student--I do know two former students---have to say they have good opinions about these schools--not like fanatics---not on all parts of the program---but they don't seem like mind numbed robots to me. That's how I heard about this site--one of them reads it to see if old class mates post here---myself I'm intrigued since I want to work with teenagers in some school or setting.

I agree that drugs don't have to equal stupidity and delusions, it's also so true that a lot of drug use can be a kind of a red flag, like "why?" and when I hear people talking a whole lot of use, minimizing the risks/ overblowing the value, or for that matter, cussing and threatening people for disagreeing---like I've seen here pretty frequently---well, I'm going to say that people like that likley have a problem, and maybe the drug crutch is part of it---I dont' know if the school caused the problem or just couldn't help with it but there's a problem in posters who act this way

And maybe they're a little out of touch---or not really able to give a critical read on what is a good program---maybe it's all a grudge thing not the value of the program--even a lawsuit of a couple dozen people, maybe that's against large numbers of people who are OK with their experience, I mean people sue because they're greedy or not facing their own poor choices, too and suind isn't winning, anyone know that.

Would I work for one in the future?  Depends on what sounds like the truth to me, that's why I'm interested

You say that you never worked for cedu or been there before,so it's obvious that you have no first hand experience with the school.

Where the hell do you get off Labeling those of us who WERE at Cedu as suffering from Anti-Cedu Hysteria?

One thing that you will learn from this site is that a GREAT MANY PEOPLE were hurt by Cedu over the past 30 years, and this is reflected in the overwhelming majority of the posts you'll find here! Labeling us as "Hysterical, Greedy,
Liars, Drug Addicts, Criminals,or Incurably Insane" will get you nowhere here, as others before you have learned in the past.

Judging from the title of your post, it's pretty obvious that you've already made up your mind  about cedu, and that you're pretty set in your ways.  I don't think you will learn anything here, to do that you would need to keep an open mind.  I don't see that happening.

Might I suggest that you check out the Woodbury website?  At least over there you will find someone who agrees with you.
