The information you posted about Todd Reed is a fallacy. The premise is unrelated to the conclusion and all of this, frankly, sounds like a projection of a CEDU staff.
CEDU lost an abuse case to REED and had to settle out of court for 400 thousand dollars - no wonder they don't like Reed. They broke a kid's arm and then re broke it by putting the kid to work with a shovel and harassed him without mercy.
Another kid hung himself - he couldn't take the raps anymore, staff killed a kid restraining him at on-track.
A girl was gang raped repeatedly in California by other students. The staff knew but kept is quiet.
A CEDU escort drugged and raped a girl he was escorting - "Armstrong."
The CEO of the CEDU, Dan Earl, slept with a student who was made staff while he was married.
BCA"S director Larry Stednitz is quoted as saying "I dont believe in ethics."
Students were treated so badly at NWA that they rioted and severl people were badly hurt. Child Protective Services found Child Abuse complaints against the facility "VALID."
And, I could go on an on. And, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH REED?
This illustrates the GROUP THINK and denial at CEDU that keeps the place on the wrong track for 35 years.
Frankly, I could not care less about any of Reed's dealings or other cases. The only thing I want is to see Reed win those 24 plus cases and I have no doubt he will win.
If you know any really "down and dirty" attorneys please post them here so I can refer parents and children of CEDU to them. If I were you, I would have people read the spokesman review stories of CEDU Racketeering, overcharging, and child abuse. It goes back officially 20 years, and, unofficially, 35 years in California. But, you won't listen to truth because you are cedu's bitch.
