I'm just tired of being tormented to hell, that's what I'm tired of.
Seriously. For CHRIST's sake. I'm not all that sure of the legality of posting someone's IP address as an isolated issue. However, posting someone's IP in the context of inviting hackers to take it as a "present" is probably a little less muddy.
Look, last time you fuckers got out of hand Psy and I had to take a crash course in intellectual property law. The hosting provider took us off-line for, what, 4 weeks? Generous donors kicked up real cash for filing fees, etc. And, once that was settled, all the liability STILL remained with the respective authors. We actually are not responsible for any of the content posted in these forums. Even within the narrow scope of the DMCA, we're not responsible for anything except to honor a valid DMCA, which exposes the issuer to civil liability in the case of fallacious use. All criminal and civil liability still rests with the respective combatants.
I really don't want to go through this again. And I'm not kidding when I say you should seriously consider the potential criminal liability you may be taking on with this sort of thing. If I were in your shoes I'd edit that post and any others that carry such threats.
