How do you block a website from your browser? Internet Explorer and Firefox. Thanks.

Click in this order...

1. Tools
2. Internet options
3. Privacy
4. Sites
5. type in the name of the website (this will suffice www.synanon.com)
6. click "block"

My son put a 'tool' on my computer called ZoneAlarm.  It's freeware stuff
(I don't mean Freeware the 'brand name').
I have to stop and respond to it (allow/deny) so nothing 'gets' through if I don't let it.
I used it to interfere w/the porn crap that was getting posted in here a while ago.
Don't think it's designed for that, but it worked for me
