I had no success with a Google search as well, but look at this; This is from the St of GA website, Business Enity, Business Name History.

i speculate that there may be something very, very illigal going on here.  Of course what you really need to do is establish a business connection between HLA and that company.  Because this could just be a coincidence, but i highly highly doubt it.

sort of makes you wonder whats going on. we already know that HLA has had (or has) several liens on their property. its also been reported that vendors have given up on them due to lack of payment (i.e. food service). and now it appears that they may have other business entities (or front companies) in the mix. if the money isn't on the campus, where exactly is it:question:
