criminal trials can't be settled.  she can plead guilty and take the punishment or go to trial.  this case can't be "settled" in any way.

Would it not be fantastic if you had the stability or whereabouts to stay in your own home?  Seems that you have totally forgotten the obnoxious ass you were when you got taken there..  How would you treat an ungrateful, spoiled rotten, angry, uneducated, lunatic?  Hugs, and kisses?  Or a whip in the ass?
My brother went to Chilanko Lodge, a full blown speed freak with no grounds.  He came home an adult, with 21 units of college courses.  He fished, and cooked.  Yeah, it wasn't great.  But it sure as hell beat his own life.  He learned to respect work, and people.  He learned to appreciate things.  What happened to you?

Well, excuse me; BUT it just happens to be against the LAW to "WHIP ASS" on kids and that is call CHILD ABUSE.
So, Miss Cheryl will just have to explain all that in criminal court, now won't she?
Maybe Miss Cheryl might get to serve out her prison term doing kitchen duty since you seem to think she such a dandy litlle cook.
But don't think she'll be doing any little fishing.
