DFAF & the 990s

Uhm, y'all probably discussed this whole thing back in September when it was new news, but help me out here:  What is a 990?  Did Sammie ever get the tax returns?  What did they reveal?

The 990 is a (USA IRS) tax return typically filed by a nonprofit tax exempt entity.  Don't know any details about Sammie, however.

Hi its me sammie. Senator Bob Grahm sent me the 990s and the origional filling of the exempt application. the DFAF filed an extension in 1999 and to this day has not completed their filling I am in the process of reporting this action w/ the IRS and am asking for a full financial investigation of the DFAF and their financial dealings. Call your IRS and senators and ask for an investigation. Thank you for your help.

I did some product testing with Batman, Serpico, Maltese Falcon, Starsky & Hutch, Dirty Harry, Eddie Haskell, and the Beaver last week.  We tested Batman's new Batarang Stealth Bong from the observation deck of the Nations Bank in downtown St. Pete.  After 10 throws the bowl stayed lit and so were we!!!  We had a Bat's eye view of the Holocaust Museum, but alas, no Melvins
appeared for us so we headed for the street by Sunny Side Cemetary to see if mushrooms still grew out behind Chris Casselors old house.  We will keep you posted........... ::armed::

I was doing some research on the Rahall brothers,(Straight's very first building in 1976) who "leased" the very first building to Straight. Apparently, there was a falling out with Sembler or the program and a new building was obtained from the Milton Roy Company nearby.  Hell, it may have been planned.  There are tax records here that could implicate Sembler in fraudulent dealings with these so called "Lease Agreements."

Another thing that went on before Sarasota was even a dream, were numerous tax breaks given to parents who got creative with the newcomer situation.  My dad got a hefty loan for home improvement and helped several other parents get theirs.  I can ask him about it, and there are other parents that I may approach about it as well but what I really would like to meet is an ex-Straight parent that was a CPA or at least a Notory Public back then.  Laura Morgan's husband comes to mind, and if one of the team can get ahold of him and ask about the tax stuff, you just may hit paydirt.  Please don't post anonymously in response to this post, that will just piss me off and I will take what else I know to Wes Fager and leave you to peek out your blinds for the men in black. :rofl:
