Look around the CEDU website - It lists a unique license number - and an agency -- Community Care Licensing Division.  CEDU is a Group Home. Much of what CEDU does, particularly the isolation, is illegal in California.  

It may not be illegal, for example, in Idaho, but in California, CEDU violates the rights of children as a matter of policy, program and practice.

My prediction: watch for some big changes.

cedu is a lie and a a fraud and all of us former staff can say we were taught to lie to parents and states on the orders of allgood to cover up the fact that it is a cult that uses the kids making friends crap to cover up its real agenda which is to screw whoever they can for whatever they can .  name names all of you out there.  get usernames so i can send you private messages.

Perhaps Condas COULD comment on why they accept kids without BOTH parents agreement. The MO seems to be to get the kid in and side with the consenting parent in order to keep the kid there.
That's just wrong.

Yes, they are exactly what you say. Thank god you have been enlightened. Please help enlighten others with your experience. There are many victim parents to come, many more scams to be done, and more lies and minipulation of parents at hand. The beast must be brought down.
