Keep in mind their were two Straight's in Florida.

One from 4/22/1976 still operating today under the DFAF name and one from 9/26/1985 - 8/1994.

I would continue to follow the story on http://www.huffingtonpost.com I don't think you have seen the end of this.

My guess is that something pretty serious is going to happen.

Federal medical record privacy law changed in April 2003 under HIPAA.  From reading the article these acts occurred after the law went into effect.  Because the case did not start until 08/2003.

If the article I read is true, under Federal law what the Sembler and their attorney's did is a federal crime.

What do you think they are doing with your records?
