Software ID is generally found at the very bottom of a page. In fornit's case it is "Powered by phpBB © 2000, 2002, 2005, 2007 phpBB Group" (v3).

don't you guys find it odd that some one has repeatedly asked questions about hacking or spying on people and now about software...

I'm a bit concerned.

I'm not.

If they are stupid enough to not know the answers to those questions, they are seriously going to have to hire someone to hack into a system.

Somehow, i dont think someone trying to hack fornits is going to ask fornitsadmin for help with that.
