Re: but the question remains

The question of WHO David Sullivan is and what is merger.acquistion is remains....and why, if it was even remotely possible, would Len send an "accidental" email like that to someone.....seems a little far fetched to me

Len is famous for sending accidential emails.  All of us have seen him run from one person to the next urgently asking if they know how to recall emails before the wrong person received it.  He has sent emails to his henchmen and former henchmen like Bill Gray and Jeff Hollowhead giving instructions on who to let go next, and accidentially copied the named individual on the email.  I still don't believe this "confessional" email is legit, but I don't doubt for a second that Len could have accidentially sent an extremely confidential email to the wrong people.  I've seen him do it.

This is getting funnier and more interesting by the minute.  The way I'm seeing it is that there is more than likely a lot of merit to this.  The email may have been altered somewhat, but I'll bet the gist of it is pretty much on point.  It'll be fun to watch all this play out.

Johnny Bravo, what do you say about all this?

Well.  Kelly, Myself, and one other techincal person have gone over and discussed this email.  We can't find anything wrong with it...  I'd put money on the email being legit at this point.

Somebody who would be techincal enough to forge a header and the mail, and then stupid enough to inform the authorities and the press about it...  IT doesn't make sense that it would be a fake.  He hasn't just disappeared off the face of the earth, he is talking to people.  Nobody would be that stupid as to create evidence like that which would be easily discovered as fake by examining the original (on the yahoo account).

I've talked to the guy.  His story makes sense, and his explanations for the holes pointed out here are plausible.  My feeling is either a disgruntled employee decided to borrow Len's computer and re-send one of his mails, or idiot len hit the "reply all" button.  Besides.  Bucci boy uses MS Outlook for chrissakes.  Technologically competant people don't do that.

One thing's for sure: when the cops get ahold of the original (and they will) and if it turns out to be true...  Len is going to be in one of those "shawshank redemption" situations (you know the scene).  I do believe this is going to be a bad year for NATSAP, HLA, and the IECA.  Oh dear.
