I will see to that the old location gets a redirect.

It is not closed but they have made it into an alternative to an exit plan. If a teenager turns 18 without having completed the program in the Carolina Springs or Gulf-coast program, they give the teenager a choice: The street without support or Costa Rica.

But interesting enough I have heard rumors about 17 years old being down there as well. But the whole webpage of Pillars of hope are a cover. According to a testimony on wikipedia, they have not the courses downthere as they claim on their webpage.
