This lady is still listed as the "nurse" on their website.  Hasn't she been gone for quite some time now?

Are you insinuating that HLA would claim on their website and to parents to have staffed postions filled that are currently vacant? Or claim that individuals are still working at the school long after they have left?

OK, so you're saying she is NOT employed there any longer?

If so, why does she allow her name to be used to give the impression that one, there is a nurse there, and two, that nurse is her?

She should call them and tell them to remove her name immediately.  Also the lawyers for the class action suit should be advised of HLA's ongoing fraudulent misrepresentations of staff.
