I will never forget you Delaney, this is Shannon Adelman.  I saw that you are doing well, I am happy for you.  Barry and I are both okay too. He is still sober, can you believe.  We both have kids and are married and successful.  Sounds like you are too.

Hi Amy, I was wondering when you would stumble across this site.  When I found you a year ago I could tell you werent ready for a reunion so I left you alone. I do miss you and have thought of you often.  I bet your little girl is beautiful. I have pics of when she was a tiny baby but thats it.  This message board is hard to stomach, there is a lot of pain here but I think it was really helpful to me for a short time to work through the residual pain I had from Straight.  Please feel free to email. Brad, I do remember you.  I was extremely saddened by your experiences as a kid and now too.  I hate that children have to endure those types of injustices at the hands of their own parents.  Are you still a heroin addict? Just for the record Carmen York was my newcomer forever and she was a handful based on the Straight criteria but if I saw her today I would apologize for the confrontation.  I am sure that most of us are not who we were when we were 15 and having it to do over again would do it another way.

To all of you who knew Mike Dean, he was found dead at home in his bed last week.  Cause of death unknown at this time but they suspect drug overdose - whether suicide, homicide or accidental they havnt figured that out yet.  He was in Straight before most of us here.  He was in Straight with Cameron and Sherri Riley, Will Woods (I believe) and married Mitzi Smith after Straight.
