The Charley Project: Colleen Emily Orsborn

Quote
The letter's author claimed he or she murdered Orsborn and buried her body in an area along the Tomaka River in Daytona Beach in 1984. He/she stated that Orsborn could be located approximately one mile from the Route 4 overpass along Interstate 415. The writer also claimed that he/she buried Orsborn's clothing in a black garbage bag about one hundred feet from her supposed burial site. The author stated that he/she was dying due to cirrhosis of the liver, which can occur as a result of heavy alcohol usage. Authorities theorize that the unidentified individual may be a member of Alcoholics Anonymous, a program which encourages participants to admit past wrongdoings and ask for forgiveness from their victims. It is not known if the author has any true connection to Orsborn's case. Investigators pursued the possible lead, but they have not been able to determine who wrote the letter or whether or not the information provided is authentic.

The Charley Project: Leah Rachelle Peebles

Quote
Peebles grew up in a middle-class, Christian home in Fort Worth. Her parents stated she was molested by a distant relative as a young child and sexually attacked by an acquaintance she was fourteen. She began using drugs in high school. When she was eighteen her parents put her in a Christian rehabilitation center, but she relapsed after leaving the program. She was arrested on drug charges at least once, in 2006 in Fort Worth. She moved to Albuquerque hoping to get a new start in life, make new and better friends, and discontinue her previous drug and alcohol use.

We have this person, which is obivious not good to have around kids.

We need to offer him a job so he would move across state lines where there is no regulation.

What about a job selling used cars? It seems to fit former members of the industry.

Can anyone offer him a job, please?

Tacitus' Realm / Teen Challenge was holding a Finnish native hostage
« on: September 20, 2009, 04:37:01 AM »
In the nordic countries the free access to alcohol has secured peace, low crimerate and lower drug use than in other countries.

But some parents won't allow their children to join the society in a way the citizens in the nordic countries normally do, so the abduct their children to other countries where they are suffer under the conditions. Today we have about 100 Danish children in various countries. Our foreign department is working to get them home, but laws are different so it is not easy.

Normally the US is not among the countries who hold children from the nordic countries hostage, but I found an article about two teenagers who tried to escape a Teen Challenge facility in Pennsylvania. From Two run away from New Hope Academy

Quote
Pennsylvania State Police, Tunkhannock Barracks, issued a statewide advisory Tuesday morning for police departments to be on the lookout for a white 16-year-old male, 5'11", 155 lbs. with blond hair and hazel eyes and a white 16-year-old male, 6'0", 165 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes who is a native of Finland and speaks broken English.

We at Spft will fight every single incident where a native of the Nordic countries are held against his or her will in a foreign country. We have made an agreement to exchange information with organizations fighting exchange of students we can learn of cases where teenagers from the nordic countries are lured to the States believing that the they would be exchange student for a year.

Just across the road of another facility we have a datasheet about Falcon Ridge Ranch.

We also found a rather interesting blog entry:

Falcon Ridge Ranch Memories, blog

Beside an old relationship with PURE what is known about this facility?

Dozens killed in blaze at drug rehab clinic, France 24.com

38 people burned to death. They could not escape because the facility was locked.

As it is stated in the article it is the second larger accident. In 2006 45 women died in a similar way.

That's why facilities cited in fire inspections should face the threat of a closure if they don't fix the problem at once. Only inspections done with a very short interval can save lives.
