I was in Dallas '89 and '90. I remember many names mentioned but not Jeffrey Spearman.

Unless of course
1. You do not consider urinating "private" AND
2. you believe being a student, applying for a job, being involved in extra ciricular activities is probable cause of a crime AND
3. You do not consider chemical analysis of body fluid a "search"
This BARELY passed the Supreme Court and I don't think its the last this important issue reaches the bench. Shame on the DFAF for rallied behind our loss of freedom. I wish I could be there to protest and show my opposition to the DFAF (formerly know as Straight....)
