Regarding asking about residential care, be careful with coverage. Remuda is facing difficulties with insurers refusing to cover "residential" treatment and it appears that Remuda's facility in Chandler is precisely that. As a result Remuda was forced to shut down their facility in Virginia.
After sending my step-daughter there I'm left with a huge outstanding medical bill, which I'd been assured in advance by Remuda personnel would be covered under my policy. It had to do with the type of treatment they were offering... hospitalization vs partial placement vs residential.
Do not trust Remuda sales staff to determine the coverage you'll receive from your insurer. If your insurer can pre-approve you might be safe, but Remuda will hang you out to dry if you're wrong. They also failed to follow up to remedy the problem.
After countless phone calls unanswered and a callous indifference I'm preparing to declare bankruptcy.
