STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- The parents of an autistic man who died after being put in a fatal chokehold at a Staten Island mental health unit vowed to continue their quest for justice after learning today that the supervisor who restrained him will avoid jail.

Sharon Rowe and Courtney Rowe said they were "deeply saddened and disappointed" by prosecutors' plea deal with Erik Stanley.
