Mr. Irrelevant
Ok, it?s Friday been a long week. Do any of you have that guy or lady in your office? You know the one. The one that is constantly in everybody else?s business, questioning the job they are doing, trying to be that micro manager.
It wouldn?t surprise me that corporate America is flooded with these types. This person feels the need to invent some kind of problem to bitch about to make somebody else look bad or to make it seem as if they have discovered a big problem and they are demanding it be fixed for the good of the company. If this person is not creating this type of work atmosphere He does not feel relevant, this type of narcissistic prick needs this kind of power trip to make themselves feel worthy of their job.
I guess you could say one thing about this person, he does have a conscious. If he didn?t he would care less that anybody knew that he even existed in the company. But instead he feels the need to create the illusion, feels the need to be seen and heard. In short he knows he is a waste of a pay check and he is trying to avoid anybody else discovering the same. Although they probably already have.
So here?s to you Mr. Irrelevant we are on to you.
