We are well aware of the corruption of the FDA and the pharmaseutical companies.  Anybody can grow Marijuana...who gets rich off that scheme.  Of course the'll fight it, they make money hand over fist off drugs that are way more harmful than cannibus.

Yes, but for years now they've been denying this whenever anyone suggested it.

"What? A conspiracy to monopolize the market for big pharma? Put a little more tinfoil under your hat!", right?

Now here it is in fairly plain language, in black and white, right from the Federal government's own lawyer. That's their only (tenuous) claim on standing by way of the interstate commerce clause.
