A young girl getting ready to graduate college, like most at her age a liberal democrat. After 4 years of college and listening to her professors and how they despised Republicans and a capitalist society, decided she was very embarrassed of her fathers Republican Party affiliation and his wealth. She became more believing of a society that would practice redistribution of wealth.
During a weekend visit home she discussed her newfound beliefs with her father. After listening to her, he asked how she was doing in school. She explained that she was doing great, although she had to forego having a boyfriend and a social life to maintain her 4.0 GPA, and had to study hard and really bust her ass to do it. She also explained that her roommate was doing poorly, when her father asked why she said her roommate rarely showed up to class and was lazy.
Her father suggested that since she was doing so well and her roommate was doing so poorly, that she give up a point of her GPA to her roommate to help even things out.
Well needless to say she lost it at her fathers suggestion stating that she had worked hard and busted her ass to maintain that GPA and that it wouldn?t be fare.
Her father than said, welcome to the Republican Party.
