Can someone giev me a brief synopsis of libertarianism?  I don't know any libertarians. Also, any states taht have successfuly elected a lib?

I absolutely cannot vote republican.

Pennsylvania has more Libertarians in elected office than any other state! It's a joke, of course. PA has more elected officials per capita than any two or three other states combined.
