Why don't they allow black children at CEDU unless they are mixed race?
Why are almost half the kids Jewish, adopted or both?

The place was founded by Mel Wasserman who was Jewish. I think that's why it was a popular place for Jewish parents to send their troublesome kids.

There were TWO black kids at CMS from 2000-2002. One was Will Smith (yes, the one from West Philadelphia, born and raised...)'s nephew and was there for only 2-3 weeks. The other was some weird kid who said his parents were gonna pull him every day. That was it. TWO. No Mexicans, Canadians, etc. either.

There was a black guy on staff when I was there and a couple black students. From what I recall one of the black students stayed there a long time and graduated, the others didn't.

i really don't think it's a matter of only accepting white children... i think it's a societal cultural issue; perhaps most black people are more inclined to solve their problems at home (i've noticed this to be true about a lot of people, but i can't assume that this generalization covers all black people, because clearly, it does not.)
boreding skool tends to be a white "privilege" type deal.

I just want to say that there were hispanic people there. Just not many to be honest in some cultures u don't even hear about these schools. My mom heard about BCA through her white friends. So i guess that why only mixed/adopted/jewish black and whatever kids go there.

At Cedu-rs we had one black girl in my peer group named Kasey, and she was the only one in the whole school. She was really nice to everyone. whenever staff wanted her to break down in raps they would call her "nigger".
I remember in one rap, Guy Bonnano kept calling her a "nigger" over and over and over again. It made me so angry, i just wanted to beat the hell out of Guy, looking back now, i really wish i did. The students were sooo scared of Guy, no one said anything (including me), we just let it go on and on. I'm ashamed of myself for not doing anything about it. Kasey was a nice person, she really didn't deserve that. No one does.

I hated Guy, too. Thank God I split before I was in his family and only had one or two raps with him. I remembered at the time some student's grandma passed away. This student was docile and not a threat, not defiant, not a drug user; there was no reason to keep her from attending. He didn't let her go to her own grandmother's funeral. (She was very close with her Grandma.)
Was Guy's brother Dean there when you were at RS?

staff will tell you even though they try to coerce them with a confidentiality cause that mel, allgood benz liked to ask each other if a kid was jewish. if he was they would roll out the red carpet and con them that cedu was the promised land and to send them all there money. those fuckers are now worth 60 million and the brown schools are going under while those assholes made out like bandits they knew they could not legally operate at a profit so they sold to brown and let them sink.

To everyone else: that place never followed the same rules. We were told that everyone had the same rights. Blacks and gays were treated poorly at BCA because the mormons really hate them Joseph Smith and Brigham Young - prophets of the LDS Faith, called blacks "seeds of satan." They retracted this from the Book of Mormon later, but they still believe the "dark skinned" are "children of Cain, Gays are considered to be - well you have heard the terrible words. Women won't become Gods in the afterlife like the men, In fact not even goddesses. They are considered inferior. The best they can do os obey and serve their God husbands as priesteses.
If they would get one cult, Mormonism, out of BCA, then they might be able to get rid of the racism, sexism and homophobia and the cult of Wasserman. But they are still saying that their problems were in finding "good help in management". Bullshit. Hey, have you taken a look at the leadership at BCA? Is laTresa management material? She has no education whatsoever and it a ditz. Funny, When I worked there, they wouldn't allow people with education or degrees, or critical thinking skills in Management. They were there in clinical services, but, as one student aptly stated " they were nothing more than mushrooms to lend credibility to a terrible cultish program. This is true. They do this deliberately because any professional in management would expose what really goes on - LaTresa Won't. Yeah, RMA shut down because you have problems finding good managers who will abuse and torment kids - Big surprise.
Finally,I tell you that I am convinced that the LDS religion and other fundamentalist religions in Idaho are one of the root causes of abuse of all kinds at the 5 schools and the cause of the demise of Rocky Mountain Academy. It was a mormon director of CEDU schools that started the slide in 99- 2000.
These people believe in absolute authority with no collaboration. Therapists tried, but, the was no negotiation allowed, and then the abuse and now the 25 lawsuits. Look to the culture folks. look to the culture. When the roots are dug up - they are rotten. They will never accept good educated treatment people as managers for one reason - These people follow ethical standards of treatment and won't allow the old guard staff to continue their abuse of children. They would bring out the hidden abuse and eliminate it along with the people who promote it. They can't afford that. So they say - "we have problems finding and keeping good managers." We had a couple of black kids at RMA when I was there, both of them were on my team. as far as i saw they wern't treated badly, i never heard anyone call them niggers. We also had a black staff named Daryl, he was awsome. that sucks if the black kids at the other schools got treated like shit,, no body desrves to be singeled out like that, especailly in that manner
