Al-Qaida says Saudi Arabia has until Friday to release Al-Qaida prisoners in exchange for US hostage or they will kill him.

Negotiating with terrorists is probably not an option at this point, so it won't surprise me if Al-Qaida follows through on it's threat and executes the American hostage.  

"Their strategy is to try to sow fear in people's hearts, and to panic, and to cause an exodus of foreign workers from Saudi Arabia, in particular Westerners.

They are trying to scare foreign workers into leaving Saudi Arabia because they believe it will weaken the Saudi economy and consequently weaken the Saudi government."

Bastards.  If they want their prisoners released, they should trade Osama Bin Laden.

AP wire reporting the hostage has been beheaded and that Al-Qaida is showing the brutal murder of Paul Johnson on the Internet.  Savages.

The Saudi's who have been playing both sides of the fence for so long, now have a string of Americans being kidnapped and killed.  This is just the beginning, because Al-Qaida is determined to stir up a popular uprising in Saudi Arabia.

Half the population of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia supports the Al-Quida.  They have high employment, extremists running around, and the House of Saud is hanging by a thread. Barbarism is a blanket across the region, the US has to get tough but we don't have enough forces to wipe out the terrorists going after Americans all over the world.  And make no mistake, Americans are the target.  This is a holy war that is going to go on for years and years.  Death by the sword (beheading) in the name of Allah.  Best get used to it.
