Australia has been talking about "Boot Camps" for troubled teens for a long time. We have tried to warn them about how the concept has failed in the US.
They have listened and their approach is more relaxed and not all about shouting. The youth can be kicked out of the program which is good because if the participant are not diagnosed and analyzed partipants can get worse if they are forced through a program they don't fit in.
There are many points where they can improve and they are working on it.
