Therem were 2 students that ran away from Elan, one got caught and the other got picked up by a truck driver.She was murdered by the truck driver at a later date.Since she was in Elan wouldn't Elan be responsible for the death?I mean she was in elan's sutody right? shouldn't the parents of that daughter have the right to bring a civil case against elan? This happened in 93 I think.

mean't to say she was in elans custody, it was a typo, pardon me.
