Can someone help figure out what exactly their public stock is listed as?

And no.. I'm not going to actually buy the shit, I'm just curious and a bit surprised at how difficult I'm finding it to nail down who the fook UHS is and what they are listed as by the Security and Exchange Commission or whatever the fook it is.
