There ought to be another general interest forum set up, separate from the OFFA forum, for Whooter vs ______ (whoever) arguments. You could call it "Whooter Debates" or something along those lines.
The Open Free for All forum used to be better than a DUMPING GROUND for bullshit arguments. 'nuf said.

The OFFA has served itself well. The main forum has been free from attacks and flame wars for the most part since implementation of the new rules. Prior to that threads were routinely derailed into off topic arguments which went nowhere.
It has been good to have a place where the new rules do not apply. This satisfies everyone needs.
As far as rolling shit up it depends on ones perspective and try out the "Foe" list, Heretik, as The Gatekeeper suggested, It works really well once you get use to it. You can follow conversations much more easily and skim past the people who spew bullshit all day.

I don't know what it is, but I hate the idea of putting anyone on a "foe list," even Whooter (I guess I prefer fornits undiluted..).
I think it would not be a bad thing to have a forum dedicated to posts where people (usually Whooter + one of the usual players) accuse one another of lying about this, that, or the other thing (I happen to believe that it's usually Whooter who is being untruthful) and "having it out" with each other, etc..
Then the Open Free For All could go back to whatever it used to be before it became a dumping ground. :tup:

You hate him and yet you hang on his every word like it's important or something.It;s a game,and the story is growing tiresome. I know when I'm in the car and some asshole comes on ( and there more than a few of those) Rather than call the show or sit and yell at the radio,I simply turn it off, and it doesn't bother me any more.It only feeds his ego to know that he owns so much real estate inside your head. No you wont, Heretik, this is a free and open forum. If you dont want to read something then move to another thread or skip over the individuals thread. If you place a person on "ignore" then their posts do not come up. There are many options at your disposal. There are people who I dont like to read and I make an effort to ignore them.
