Doug Kim-Brown, Founder and Director:
"I developed Echo Springs as a result of working in adolescent programs for over 25 years. It is energizing to work with young people as they find a sense of personal power and direction. There is huge satisfaction in seeing students learn the tools to build dreams and discover a unique sense of self, pride and accomplishment."
Rhea Verbanic, Administrative Director:
"I came to Echo Springs in 1993 with an extensive background in Human Resources. This is such a natural fit — working with young adults and guiding them toward wise life choices."
Lisa Sutton, Admissions:
"My job at Echo Springs is about assisting struggling families. I continue to work with students after they enroll and find the combination very rewarding."
Shannon Earle, Parent Coordinator:
"For over 12 years I have worked with students in both emotional growth schools and in education. As a certified coach, I can better assist families through the process of parenting adult children."
Additional staff include tutors in specific subject areas, mentors, vocational instructors, and resident advisors.
Psychological services are available upon request.

Can you guys ask around and see what you can find out about Jack? It is for a very very very very good reason that I can't really disclose on an open forum. But if you could ask around you'd be helping me out a fair bit.
