I like this part:
DRUGS AFFECT THE MIND (http://http://www.drugfreeworld.org/#/drugfacts)
Normally, when a person remembers something, the mind is very fast and information comes to him quickly. But drugs blur memory, causing blank spots. When a person tries to get information through this cloudy mess, he can't do it. Drugs make a person feel slow or stupid and cause him to have failures in life. And as he has more failures and life gets harder, he wants more drugs to help him deal with the problem.
Just substitute "PTSD" for most references to "drugs":

If you visited that site without a condom, (script-blocker, etc) run some system checks on your comp. You may be infected.
WOT (web of trust) gave me red, ugly rings all the way round. I believe McAfee has an online site checker you can run the URL against, too. (not a fan of mcafee, personally, but still..)
Chances are, that website will try to download something.
Also indicative that the organization may not even exist.

Also, apparently associated with narcanon/scientology. According to several of the WOT submitters.
I also didnt find any reports of malware, thank god. Just phishing.
