Is there any information about this place (http://http://www.cedarbreaksacademy.com). They use a level system. They should be able to detain 48 girls aged between 12 and 17 (http://http://www.hslic.utah.gov/db_results.asp?corp_name=&county=IRON&service=Residential+Treatment)

Heal-online seem to have additional information (http://http://www.heal-online.org/cedarbreaks.htm). It could be interesting to learn whether the level system is developed from the levelsystem used at Diamond Ranch Academy.
