Title: Gemius Tracking Cookie
Post by: Anonymous on January 11, 2008, 05:07:21 PM
Warning.

I get TrackingCookie.Gemius ONLY when I visit Fornits. This has been tested.

Is this necessary?

Tracking cookies are not as harmful as real malicious software like Trojans or keyloggers, but the intention of these cookies is to track your movement as you surf between websites.

How is that not snooping?

Also, how do I make sure a keylogger hasn't infected my computer?

I don't know about the cookie, but zazzle & amazon seem to create a lot of traffic.
