Title: Who is Paddy Meade?

Paddy Meade is a supporter of All About Receiving Cash, and former Chief Executive Officer of AADAC.  She has also been in Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development.  And she was program director at Enviros Wilderness school (What dat is?) But the really shining light of her background is her time at Alberta Justice, where she was director of Calgary Young Offender Centre.  
This lady is an AARC carrier, Typhoid Paddy if you will.  Does this explain how AARC got set up to infect the Native community up at Ft. St. John?  Like all good AARColytes in government, Ms. Meade is an active advocate for advancing healthcare that makes folks money.  It's good to see someone like Ms. Meade taking her extensive knowledge of jailing children and putting it to use planning our health care system.
