Well this just proves what everyone has been saying about these
marketer's and "Programs".
Wonder if the newspapers, who wrote all those ads of the Scheff and Carey Bock, would like to rewrite their, little stories.
With the truth.
I can see the headlines "Program Promoter who won 11.3 million suite, really is a liar, Fraud, ect". :rofl: (a dream)
That is my opinion.

Its the same story over and over again. The marketeers sell one program and the parents think they are getting help for their child when in reality it is abuse, neglect and torture.
I bet they won't get 11.3 million in damages. :roll:

Parent’s Universal Resources was founded in 2001 by a group of parent advocates to help families in crisis with defiant or struggling teens. “We understand that desperate parents are at high risk of making wrong decisions that may be detrimental to them and their child,” says Scheff. “Since we were once in that position, we want parents to take comfort in the fact they are not alone, and at the same time, give them the opportunity to learn from our experiences and more importantly, gain from our knowledge.”
In connection with assisting parents, PURE helps organizations such as Coalition Against Institutionalized Child Abuse (CAICA www.caica.org (http://www.caica.org)) to insure that children are kept safe and are not placed in abusive environments. PURE is also involved in the distribution of “What Every Parent Needs to Know,” an informational DVD that further educates parents on how to find the right programs and schools for their family and teen.

Where is Sue Scheff? Is she in hiding? Running from service? Did she fly out to Nevada? I would like to be in on that call.

The complaint states that the Greens made a police report about the abuse of their son at Focal Point Academy.
Did the police department follow up on this report?
Were the abuse allegation reported the Child Protective Services of Nevada?
Was anything investigated?
An even larger question: What is the licensing agency of Nevada doing at this point? If Focal Point Academy is only licensed as a "foster care" facility---how is this facility legally housing out-of-state children; when their parents seem to have been "SOLD" an academic boarding school that offers therapy by Sue Scheff?
Has this lawsuit been disclosed to the parents who currently have children still enrolled at Focal Point Academy?

Register as a Foster Home to avoid more stringent regs for RTCs.

I wonder if the ICPC was followed, now that they are registering as Foster Homes, they have to follow the Icpc. This could be something the Green family could use.

How did Sue Scheff claim, and prove monetary damages in the Carey Bock case? The $11.3 judgment was based partially on damages to Scheff's company, PURE. If Scheff makes no proftis, where's the damage?

If you are reading ugly and malicious information about me, you can understand why. The defendant - Carey Bock - who attempted to get the judgement set aside - was denied with a strong order set down by the Judge.
She is being held liable for the defamation and invasion of privacy she created to myself and my family.
I have also received a mass amount of media attention from prominent news outlets such as 20/20 ABC News i-Caught, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Forbes and more.
All these reputable journalist did their due diligence on my case.

Interesting that Scheff wrote this BLOG and did not mention the LAWSUIT filed against her, PURE and Focal Point Academy. After posters on Fornits point out the lack of any reference to this lawsuit, Scheff revised the BLOG to include the words "any lawsuit I have received."
This lawsuit against Sue Scheff was filed on July 31, 2007 and it has been posted on several websites - so, again Scheff plays with "words" in her weak, lame denial about a lawsuit being filed against her. It's a reminder of her PURE advertisement to parents, "NO COST TO YOU," when Scheff failed to disclose to parents that Scheff/PURE was being paid directly by the programs she was referring to; either telling the parents point blank; or, giving the parents the impression that Scheff worked on a "volunteer basis."
The WWASP vs PURE transcripts proved that Scheff was indeed being paid for her referrals to programs; and it seems the parents were misled by Scheff's "NO COST TO YOU."
Just as readers of this BLOG may be misled, and may believe that no lawsuit has been filed against Scheff/PURE, when in fact it has!
