WWASP founder Robert Lichfield and former President of WWASP Karr Farnsworth met while working at Provo Canyon Boys School. According to news reports, authorities closed Provo Canyon in the late 1970's. The facility did reopen and is still in operation today.

Lichfield then moved to La Verkin, Utah where he and partner Brent Facer opened Cross Creek Manor, Inc., (now Cross Creek Manor, LLC) an all-girls facility, in 1990.

In 1991, Robert Lichfield created Teen Help, Inc. (now Teen Help, LLC) to market the school. After associates of Lichfield began opening more schools around the country and abroad, the World Wide Association of Specialty Programs and Schools was incorporated in 1998. Robert Lichfield is now a consultant and director for WWASP.

Narvin Lichfield is Robert's brother who was director of Dundee Ranch in Costa Rica which was shut down by the local authorities. Narvin is now owner of Carolina Springs Academy, South Carolina.

Now he is raising money for Mitt Romney's campain. He raised something like $250,000-$300,000 about a month ago?!!! Can you imagine what it would be like if Mitt won the presidency?!!! Not like that could happen, but still............just imagine.

I'll break the laws of physics by leaving the country so fast I get to Canada before I'm done reading the news that he was elected president?

Not a chance in hell!

There was a story in the Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram on May6, 2007.
Read it here: http://pressherald.mainetoday.com/news/ ... donor.html (http://pressherald.mainetoday.com/news/state/070506newdonor.html) and here http://pressherald.mainetoday.com/news/ ... 09pac.html (http://pressherald.mainetoday.com/news/state/070509pac.html)

"PAC donations from Utah raise doubts in Maine
At $250,000, it was the largest private contribution of the 2006 Maine governor's race, helping to pay for TV commercials supporting Republican Chandler Woodcock in his bid to unseat Democratic Gov. John Baldacci.
But the money didn't come from a donor in Portland, Lewiston or Bangor. State records show that it came from a small city near Zion National Park in southwestern Utah, from a contributor listed as RECAF Inc.
What is RECAF Inc.? And why did it donate $250,000 to a political action committee established in Maine by the national Republican Governors Association?
There is no sign of any such company at the firm's listed address. But the paper trail links RECAF to a controversial network of treatment centers for troubled teenagers affiliated with Robert B. Lichfield, a fundraiser for Republican Mitt Romney's presidential campaign."

What do you get when you read RECAF backwards?  FACER. Hmm, Brent
Facer of WWASP linkage, as uncovered by Intrepidnetreporters??  Also documented at ISAC.

"...there are links between Lichfield and Romney, who last fall was chairman of the Republican Governors Association, the group whose Maine-based PAC received the $250,000 contribution from RECAF."  Portland Press

Portland Press: "Lucille Olsen of Wellsville, Utah, who is listed on Nevada business records as RECAF's president, and whose home phone number is listed as the company's phone number on the check to the RGA, could not be reached Tuesday."

Could it possibly be the same Lucille Olsen as listed at Intrepidnetrporters, http://www.intrepidnetreporters.com/Tee ... etter.html (http://www.intrepidnetreporters.com/TeenHelp/karrletter.html)
"OWNERSHIP
Cross Creek Manor , President: LUCILLE OLSEN Address: 2306 S PELICAN POND RD WELLSVILLE UT 84339", http://www.intrepidnetreporters.com/Tee ... etter.html (http://www.intrepidnetreporters.com/TeenHelp/karrletter.html)

The reporter at the Portland Press herald has not pursued RECAF/FACER;  the Maine Ethics Commission indicated to me that they could not further investigate this connection.

We'll read about it, hopefully on our front pages, some time soon.  "Romney's Utah fund-raising co-chairman allegedly involved in child abuse and human trafficking".

The press will pick up on it, sooner or later.
