I am so sorry that you did not post a reminder of this event. I work in Sacramento, and I would have been available to participate. I guess there is always next year. Please post a remider next time. I know I would have loved to have met Michelle Suttons mother since we've exchanged a couple private emails.

I too would have drove to Sacramento to support this effort.
Why did Isabelle, Jordan and Sutton keep it to themselves?

The event was advertised on the caica website for about a month, they sent out a press release, and they sent out thousands of e-mails to try to notify people.

Why don't you send a private message to info@caica.org so that you can be notified next time. And ask if you want to be notified about other events too. Also check the caica.org and nospank.net sites for info about upcoming events. they put them there.

So what happened at the March?  Besides the display they set up, were any of the child advocates interviewed by the press to discuss the issue of institutionalized child abuse?  If so, where can we read about it?
