An associate needs to cite class action litigation cases against 'academies'
for 'abuse', fraud, breach of contract, improper licensing, etc.
Links would be appreciated. Time is of the essence.

The Bethel Boys Torture Lawsuit is on line and can be accessed using Bethel Boys Torture. Go to the ISAC website, Henry Buskin an attorney in los angelos filed a really good class action complaint. When my explorer gets back up I will try to give you a more specific link but I believe this can be accessed through ISAC. I heard their is another attorney in Miami, David Pollack who has filed or will file a class action lawsuit. Best of luck

Thanks...That is helpful..

I know Henry didn't file a class action. I don't think David's case is a class action either. As far as I know, all filings have been what they call a direct action.
Naturally, I'm curious as to why you ask?

Checked into Bethel again...The aforementioned attorney did not come up..Someone else did..Cannot find anythin with David Pollack either.. Checked ISACC..Any ideas..

Direct action..David Pollock..pertaining to which school?

I am sorry I might have misled you. The lawsuit against Bethel Boys is a federal lawsuit and appears to be direct action. I found it in MSN search engine under this title. The lawsuits against bethel boys academy in mississippi The lead attorney is Oscar Stilley
http://www.heal-online.org/bethelsuits.htm (http://www.heal-online.org/bethelsuits.htm). Even though it doesn't appear to be class action. Bethel boys and girls torture center may have actually been more inhumane than Tranquility Bay.
