So I'm looking for background. What kind of place is it? How is it run? Who started it? Who's on the board? Who pays? All that.

mel fucking sembler. as per yer rumor, it has just been fingered via email searches that floridagate 2000 practice runs were conducted from that sembler asset and location! choicepoint.
further, sembler has been fingered with activity
