all plans for the debit card funds are now cut.  goes to show that they truly dont care, who supports Schrub now?

and it turns out most the cards were inactive when passed out, no money in then just false hope in plastic formation.

I thought I heard 6,000 debit cards were issued to evacuees in Texas?

they were and they didnt work since they were never activated.  very few were actually activated.
