CAICA = Coalition Against Institutionalized Child Abuse.
CAICA is an organization which monitors treatment programs and supports legisation to regulate (eliminate) the industry, or at least abusive practices and programs.
I believe its board members include some congressmen.

I called the Coalition Against Institutionalized Child Abuse and they said they were currently ?revamping? the web site and that they had no set time on when it would be back online, and proceeded in telling me to just keep checking.
Something doesn?t seem right here since they had the web site online with information and for some reason or another it was suddenly and without explanation removed. I hope they keep the interests of families in mind and not the corporate side of things.

I even gave them a donation. The website seemed very well done and so it seems strange to take the whole thing down for a redesign. I am wondering if they ran into legal or political trouble.

Maybe there were threats of a lawsuit from WWASP...
