Aspen Education Group / Aspen Wilderness informs me program "closed" March 23 '11

Escorts are due to pick up my son tomorrow before dawn. Was informed March 22 or 23, 2011, by the Admissions counselor that the staff was informed that Aspen Achievement Academy is "closing." He would be the last of two admitted, by special arrangement of our insurance co. MD. We have yet to download the "supplemental" forms -- all 24 pages of, and sign our life away. Researching the reason for the closure, opened a deadly can of worms. Nothing came up of a Google news search. Thinking of turning back to escorts and paying for that out of pocket. I don't think they can charge me HALF [those !@#$@$] until I sign those 24 forms.
